NELSON FESTIVAL CONCLUDES. Per Press Association. NELSON, February 3. The Nelson carnival concludes tonight with a lantern parade and fireworks display. The Mardi Gras procession was remarkably fine, and is judged to he one of the finest and most spectacular ever held in New Zealand. “K” Factory secured the championship.
