A grave outbreak by irregulars occurred on Monday night, when tho houses of jitatc officials and the relatives of Ministers and member's of the Dublin Press were attacked. The approach of a detective patrol alarmed men, who dropped a parcel outside tho homo of Sir John Arnott, chairman of directors of tile “Irish Times.” The parcel contained a land mine. The home of Mr Lawrence Flanagan, President Cosgrave’s brother-in-law, was ignited, hut the flames were extinguished before the building was gutted. o Bomb attacks were made on patrols and military posts as a feint, and a passenger train was held up at Killiney, ignited, and destroyed. LIAM DEASY ARRESTED. Hie Free State authorities have arrested Liam De-asy, supposed to share with Liam Lynch the supreme control of the Irish irregulars.
