POSTPONEMENT OF MOTION. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, January 31. Regarding the Eden election petition, the Hon. C. J. Parr declined to make any comment, the matter being eub judioe. It is understood that Mr Parr’s motion for adjournment is to be heard at Wellington this week.
