MOB RULE
MORE STRIKERS FLOGGED. INCENSED CITIZENS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association' HARRISON (Ark.), January 18. Mob law is spreading. More railway men strikers are being flogged in several towns of Northern Arkansas. Others have been ordered to leave the district by the citizens’ committees, which are heavily armed.
