MAGISTRATE’S COURT
YESTERDAY’S SITTING. Mr E. Pago, S.M., presided- at yesterday’s sitting of the Magistrate’s Court. . Walton Hill, with four previous convictions for drunknenness, was fined 30s, in default two days’ imprisonment. Jeannie Lynn was charged with being a rogue and vagabond, in that she had no lawful means of support. She pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to 12 months’ detention at the Point Halswell Institution. Other cases before the court will bo found under separate headings.
