Germany y asserts that the French are violating the terms of the Versailles Treaty. In England and the - Unl’ed States it is demanded that the British and American troops shall be withdrawn at once, lest they should be involved in a conflict. The French Intend to takeover the coal as It is produced, oontrol its despatch, and collect the coal tax.
