ON SPECIAL WICKET. Five colts have been nominated to practise under Mr H. Watson on the special wicket provided on th® Basin Reserve for this purpose. Mr Tucker advises that there are still three vacancies, and that it is his intention to visit the various nets with Mr Watson with a t iew to selecting promising youngsters to fill these vacancies. ‘ The five selected to date are:—M.
