Australian an<b“N.Z. Cable Association. SYDNEY, August 31. ■Mr M’Whae, Agent-General for Victoria, visited the Police Orphanage at Twickenham and saw the boy emigrants to be brought out to Victoria. Ho was greatly impressed with their healthy and wedl-cared-for appearance.
