INTERPRETATION SOUGHT BY TRUSTEES. WERAITI ESTATE AND LEGATEES A case based upon an originating summons was beam, yesterday, in the Supreme Court, before Hia Honour, Mr Justice Sahnond, in respect of the will and estate of -Tribe Mscßae, late of Weraiti, Ji —nannil The plaintiffs were Robert - Lionel Levin, of Feilding, a shoepfarmor, and (Hiter'Ashby Bunny, of Maoterton, ah* eo a aheepfaxmer, tdh of them trustees under the will. The defendants were Site Mona Mzoßac, gtata; lan Alister RiddifardMaoßae, farmer; Alice Flora Maoßae, spinster; and Winifred Myrtle Oarohiie MacKae, of Weraiti, widow of the testator. ~ Mr C. P. Skerrett, K.Cr, and Mr F. T. Ctere appeared for the tarustoes under the will. Mr H. O Robinson, of Masterton, appeared for tbetbroe first-named defendante; Mr Mode far the widow of the. deceased: and Mr 0. H. Taylor for the possible and unborn grandchildren of the testator. The esse was brought for the p*mpoae of determining certain questions concerning the interpretation Of the teetator’A wall, and, if nomvrnry, to determine aleo, questions anting m the administration of the trusts under ths will, {nobate of which was granted in the Supreme Court at Masterton on July 16th, 1914. > Hia Honour reserved his derision.
