Brio Garnett Toulson, on a charge of failing to comply with the terms of his lelease on probation, was remanded until Friday for sentence. VALUELESS CHEQUE. A young man named Harold White pleaded guilty to having, at Westport, obtained A 3 from Reginald Hickford, by means of a valueless cheque, drawn on the Bank of New South Wales, Westport and was fined 455, in default one month’s imprisonment Other cases heard will be found under separate headings.
