COMMANDEERED VESSELS
SOVIET SEEKS COMPENSATION. Australian and N.Z. Gable Association. (Received August 30, 5.5 pm.) MOSCOW, August, 29. The Soviet is sending a delegate to London to claim £1,500,000 for the use of nine vessels of the Caspian mercantile fleet, which Britain chartered in 191819 with the object of controlling the Caspian.
