MINING DISASTER
SEVERAL WORKERS ENTOMBED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. NEW YORK, August 28. A message from Sacramento, California, states that at least 45 men are entombed as the result of a oave-in at tho Argonaut gold-mine. It is believed that there is no hope of rescue.
