(Received August 22, 9.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 22, The “Daily, Telegraph’s” Berlin correspondent reports that von Hindenburg, who is rapidly becoming a rallying point lor reaction, was the central figure of a magnificent monarchist eorroboree in Munich yesterday. The town was richly beflagged but only with the Bavarian and old Imperial coUNire. Many generals and ex-princes were present in the old fulldress uniforms, including Prince Ruppreeht, the camouflaged King of Bavaria. The Students’ and Old Soldiers’ Associations attended in full force.
