PLANS OF FRENCH 31ISSION. NEW ZEALAND TO BE VISITED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, July 3. Advices from Marseilles state that Admiral Gilly, when he assumes command of tho Atlantic Flying Squadron, consisting of the cruisers Victor Hugo and Jules Ferry, on July loth, will proceed on a nine months’ cruise of tho world, visiting Australia and Now Zealand. The 3linisters of Foreign Affairs, Commerce, the Colonies, and Public Works, and the principal French Chambers of Commerce, will be represented on both vessels, as the mission will have a combined military, economic, commercial, colonial, and industrial character.
