DEATH FROM INJURIES
MOTOR-CAR AND CYCLE COLLIDE. PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH July 4. Cycling home, last night, Mr Alfred Triggs, 60 years of age, collided with a motor-car driven by J. B. Merrett, and died from injuries this afternoon. Mr Triggs had been an employee of Ballantyne and C'o., drapers, for over forty years. He was a brother of the late Mr J. R. Triggs, a former Conciliation Commissioner and for some time head of the Imperial Supplies Department.
