Concerning the No. 3 Block now being supplied by the Council, householders are hereby notified that from now onwards milk will be supplied by roundsmen only in exchange for coupons and that such roundsmen are not permitted to sell any milk for cash or to make any departure whatsoever from the coupon system which has been prescribed. Cream coupons must not be tendered to any roundsman prior to July 9th, but meanwhile any cream required by householders may be obtained at licensed dairies for cash as heretofore. R E.
