MOVEMENT IN AUSTRALIA. B.v Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received July 3, 10.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 3. The All-Australia Conference of the new States movement has opened at AJbury with the objeat of formulating a policy common to all new State movements with a view to securing an amendment of the Federal Constitution to enable the Commonwealth Government to create new States.
