It has been arranged with the various Vendors' Associations, except for Block No. 4 (Messrs Gome and Maher) for householders, where so desired by them, to tender milk coupons for milk supplied prior to July 9th. on which date the Corporation is to tak© over the supSly and delivery of milk direct to i.ll ouseholders. Concerning the No. 3 Block now being supplied by the Council, householders are hereby notified that from now onwards milk will be supplied by roundsmen only in exchange for coupons and that such roundsmen are not permitted to sell any milk for cash or to make any departuro whatsoever from the coupon system which has been prescribed. Cream coupons must uot be tendered to any roundsman prior to July 9th, but meanwhile any cream required by householders may be obtained at licensed dairies for cash as heretofore. R E. Householders in No. 3 Block, now being supplied direct by the Corporation, are neerby notified that ae some of the round© in this block are in course of being reorganised, it ie necessary to have their receptacles placed in position over night in the event of the roundsman calling earlier than lias been the practice in the past.
