MAGISTRATE’S COURT
A BRIEF LIST. Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., presided at Saturday’s sitting of the Magistrate’s Court, when two first offending inebriates were dealt with in the usual manner TWO REMANDS. Arthur Russell, charged with obtaining money by false pretences from James Morris, was remanded until Friday. 7th instant. On a charge of stealing an overoont, valued at £3 15s, the property of the New Zealand Clothing Factory, Thomas Pauling was also remanded until the 7th instant.
