BY LABOUR DEPARTMENT. In the course of the debate on the imprest Supply Bill, Air W. A. \eitch (, Wanganui) charged the Labour Department with advancing a shipping company rulin' £3500 oil a vessel named the Coronation, that was not now wor fllOOz, and was lying idle in Napier Harbour. „ - . , The Minister (the Hon. G. J. Anderson) said that in 1919, when the money was advanced, the boat was worth the money. It was advanced in order to get a vessel to convey timber for building houses in Wellington and elsewhere. The boat was now worth, not only £IOOO, but some -£2ooo.
