THE HOUSE ADJOURNS. At 12.45 the Committee of "Ways and Means reported. The bill was introduced by tho Prime Minister, read a first and second time, reported from committee without amendment, and read a third time, all these stages being taken on the voices, and without discussion. At 12.50 the House adjourned till 2.30 on Tuesday.
