(By the Government lu.eteorologist} Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) a-rp for increasing north-west to southwest winds and cloudy and unsettled weather. Pain probable generally, rivers rising in the West Coast and southern districts, and snow on higher levels in the South Island. The barometer has a falling tendency.
