NEW MILK SYSTEM
DEPARTMENTAL PREPARATIONS The milk committee reported to tho City Council last night that arrangements for-the change-over to the bottle and coupon system which is to become operative as from July 9th, are now we'll in hand, and that arrangements have been made with approximately sixty agents for the sale of coupons in various parts of the city and suburbs. The filling and washing machines were now in course of erection, and would shortly be in operation. Tho committee was confident that tho now scheme would be put into operation on due date with the minimum of inconvenience to consumers.
