WHAT LENIN’S COMPLAINT REALLY IS. Published in "The Tiznee.** LONDON. June 27. Litvinoff states that Lenin’s constitution is sound, but his brain has been overworked and has broken down twice. He has been ordered a long rest. All other reports are false.
