SALES AT CALCUTTA. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, CALCUTTA, Juno 28. The tea sales attracted lines of goo d. average quality, but, generally spealoing, tho tea was not up to the aver a; of the last two years. The demand f< best classes of teas is good, but the oidinary teas are difficult to sell, exce p t at a reduction, of half to one aiir e.. Commonest leaf teas ranged from sev oii annas to seven annas six pice. Ordina n-y common Pekoe Souchong, eight am ms to eight annas six pice. Better clas sea made up to nine annas per pound. An anna is nominally worth Id.
