Yorkshire, 273 for nine wickets, declared, and 24 for 0 wickets, boat Kent, 163 and 131. Surrey made 294 and 109 for four wickets, and Sussex, 248, the game being drawn. Northants. 142 and 124 for four wickets, drew with Notts, 218 for five wickets. Middlesex, 123 and 114 for five wickets, drew with Hampshire, 132 and 79 for two wickets. Essex, 359. drew with Cambridge Uni. versity, 327 for nine wickets.
