CHURCH PARADE.
The annual church parade of the Wellington Corps St. John Ambulance Brigade, was held lost Sunday evening at St. Peter’s Church. The service was conducted by the Rev. 11. Watson, and in the course of his sermon he spoke of the chivalry and mercy of the old Crusaders of the Order of St. John. .He also mentioned that one of the main objects of the brigade at the present time was to get a suitable building where they could centralise their work. There was a large attendance of members of the nui’sing division present, who looked well in their neat uniforms. Mr H. H. Seed (Assistant Commissioner) was in charge.
