NATIVES' ASSOCIATION BALL
TOWN HALL TO-MORROW NIGHT. night will witness one of the best functions held in the Town Hall for mrfny a long day. The fact that Their Excellencies the GovernorGeneral and Viscountess Jellicoe are attending, together with the Commander and staff of H.M.S. Gotham and prominent military officers, should alone ensure the success of the New Zealand Natives' Association's first annual ball j but there is another reason why the gathering should appeal to the dancing public, and that is the intention of the promoters to devote the net proceeds to the Soldiers' Unemployment Fund. Daneing, n. usic and refreshments will be of the best. Her Excellency, the Viscountess Jellicoe, has kindly consented to present the prizes (which aTe on view at Lloyd's, Cuba street) for the best fancy dresses. The floor capacity at the Town Hall should, be fully taxed with merry dancers, while those who wish to be onlookers only will' be admitted to the circle for one shilling.
