CIVIL WAR AGAIN PREDICTED TERRIBLE DAYS IN BELFAST The difficulty regarding the Collins-De Valera pact is becoming accentuated, and there are again gloomy predictions of civil war. A warning by the British Government that any attempt to deviate from the treaty would have grave consequences, has been met by a statement by Mr Collins that everything must be done to placate the De Valeraites.
