SEEKING GOLD
i EXPEDITION TO THE ARCTIC. Australian, and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received June 1, 8.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 1. Captain Munn, on behalf of a syndicate, has sailed for the Arctic on a gold-prospecting expedition. The “Daily Chronicle” says that geologists know well that there is gold in the Arctic regions, but whether they can locate it in payable quantities awaits solution.
