FOUR MEN SAVED. , The following messages have been received by the Secretary, G.P.O. (Mr R. B. Morris) from the postmaster, Coromandel:— “8 p.m.—Tryphena reports: Lino now ashore from wreck; four men landed, still 1 100 on board. Prospects of rescue considered good.” . 8.49 p.m.—Kaitoa. reports: “Wiltshire, all hands safe on board. Four men landed at present. Resuming oparaitians in morning with naval party.”
