LOAN FOR NEW BUILDINGS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright (Received May 31, 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 31. Air A. Bruntnell (Minister for Education) has submitted a minute to the Cabinet recommending a loan of £1,300,000 for new schools. The Cabinet has decided that in future tho free railway _ transport of children shall be restricted to children attending public schools.
