BLENHEIM WATER SCHEME
ADDITIONAL LOAN WANTED. FE3 PRESS ASSOCIATION. BLENHEIM, May 31. The poll of ratepayers taken in respect to a proposal to borrow an additional £22,000 for the water scheme was carried by 635 votes to 103. Tho original loan was £65,000, and the council has already spent over £70,000. j
