MR MASSEY AT DUNEDIN
MOVEMENTS OF MINISTERS. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, May 31. The Prime Minister (the Right Hon. W. F. Massey) had a particularly busy time this forenoon receiving deputations. In the afternoon he opened the new infants’ department at the NorthEast Valley School, and in the evening he attended a Masonic function. He leaves for Invercargill to-morrow morning, and proceeds as far as Otautau, where he unveils a soldiers’ memorial in the afternoon. In the evening he delivers a policy speech at Invercargill. Sir William Fraser, who opened the Beekeepers’ Conference to-day, accompanies Mr Massey to Invercargill. The Hon. Downie Stewart leaves for Christchurch to-morrow morning, and the Hon. E. P. Lee proceeds to Oamaru this morning.
