RAPALLO TREATY
HITTING FRANCE AND JAPAN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received May 30, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. May 29. The “Daily Express” Paris correspondent states that the Rapallo Treaty is being extended to all Soviet Republics allied to Russia, after secret negotiations between Krassin, Litvinoif and Rathenau. The extension incluotes Ukraine and Georgia, the Far Eastern Republic. The idea is to hit France and Japan.
