OUTBREAK NOT SERIOUS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. CAPETOWN, May 29. Speaking in the House of Assembly, General Smuts stated that the trouble in the South-West Protectorate originated through the Bondclzwart tribesmen refusing to extradite certain criminals amongst them. He did not think the matter was very serious, but it might become so if a great concentration of rebels occurred.
