Among the happiest of the boys at the Salvation Army’s farm at Putaruru are 12 orphans who arrived from England by the Waimana a .few weeks ago, the iirst to reach the Dominion in connection wth the Army’s orphan immigration scheme. The following motion was passed : “That a deputation approach the W.E.F.TJ. expressing regret that the W.R.F.TT. did jnot make a favourable recommendation with regard to the reinstatement of A.
