Tho question of selling farms and the best moans of getting a sale was being referred to in evidence at the Supreme Court at New Plymouth, when a witness said that he had had a farm for sale at a certain figure, and could not get a purchaser. The agent suggested that it might be thought there was something wrong with the property, and so it was agreed to put an extra £5 per acre oil the selling price. An im!i.e<!-'r>te ,v was effected.
