ENCOURAGEMENT IN NEW SOUTH WALES. NEW GOVERNMENT’S POLICY. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. SYDNEY, April 26. In taking over the control of the State enterprises, which as part of'the scheme’'of economy have been transformed from a separate department to a branch of the Public Works Department, S'ir Thomas Henley -said the policy of the Government was to entourage private enterprise in every way. He foreshadowed a review of the whole State , enterprise scheme on etrictly economical lines to secure the highest standard of efficiency and full valne for any expenditure that migb be sanctioned. Reductions ir ** staffs /were indicated.
