STRATFORD, April 26The secretary of the Stratford Retailers’ Association, this morning, was fined £o. -and costs, for establishing a lotterv in connection with a scheme to raise £IOOO for the improvement ol the grounds. One member was also fined 1 £5 for selling a ticket.
