A WATERSIDE TROUBLE
TO BE HEARD HERE TO-DAY. FEB FRKSS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, April 20. Wntersiders employed on the Union Company’s vessel Kaitoke, at the western wharf yesterday, demanded payment for travelling time owing to tho' distanco the vessel is berthed from the city. On being refused they left the steamer in a body. As other com panes are affected by tho question raised the matter has been referred to the National Disputes Committee, whioli meets in Wellington on Friday.
