K JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. E. Middleton was ordered to pay Strange anil Co., Ltd., the sum of £8 12s 2d forthwith, or undergo seven days’ imprisonment. warrant to be suspended to allow tlie defendant to nav £4 bv April 30th and the balance }>■- May 30th. ‘ R. Holmes was ordered’ to pay Duncan Wark this sum of £l3 13s forthwith, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment, the warrant to he suspended for four weeks. T. C. Webb must pay tho Mnsterton Farmers’ Imnlements Company the sum of £l3 Ifis 3d forthwith, or go to gaol for fourteen days, the warrant to be suspended for one month.
