'Change remained quiet yesterday, War Loan stock being unmoved. «£9O 12s 64 was asked for *39 Inscribed Stock and for the 1933 issue. Banks also were subdued. Australasians were in. demand at .£l*2 3s, and Unions at 2*» 6d, a small increase on Wednesday's prices. For Nationals sellers would' take -65 'l7s, a slight increase; New Zealand* were offered at late rates, and Unions at J 612 6s, an increase of Is. The Waihi mine, during the period ended March 18th, crushed 13,195 tons of ore yielding 33160zs of gold and 30,699 of silver.
