MAKING'ALIENS PERMANENT RESIDENTS. Australian and, N.Z. Cabls Association. (Received March 17, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 16. The House has passed a resolution permitting 2400 aliens, who were admitted under a bond, -because the country’s immigration quota was full, to become permanent residents. The bill' goes to the Senate.
