AUSTRALIAN ART
EXHIBITION IN LONDON SUGGESTED. , Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received March 17, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, March 17. The “Westminster Gazette” says that the Australian Government and the Royal Academy should co-operate in a project of holding an Australian artists’ exhibition in London. The idea is admirable, and might stimulate other Dominions. If the work of Australian artists is half so individually striking as the cartoonists, the effort will be well worth while.
