ARMY OF OCCUPATION
AN AMERICAN CLAIM FOR COSTS. Australian and N-Z. Cable Association. WASHINGTON, March 16. It is stated 1 that the Secretary of State, Mr C. E. Hughes, will shortly dispatch identical Notes to France, Britain, and Italy, presenting a direct claim for 240 million dollars to cover the costs of the Army of Occupation.
