In fchh matter of "The Public Works Act, 1906," and its amendments and "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920.’’ TVr.OTICB IS HEREBY GIVEN that il the Council of the City of Wellington proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and. all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf to execute a certain, public work, namely, for street widening, Lincoln street, of the City of Wellington, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.
