GAMES AT ISLAND BATDuring • the ■week-end a team representing the Sacred Heart' Tennis Club (Tkorndon) was defeated by the StFrancis Tennis Club's team (island Bay) on.the courts of the latter- The games were keenly contested, and the noma team won due to the excellent showing made by the ladies of the Island Bay Club. At the close the result was:— Thomdon, 7 sets; home team, 11. Following are the details of the various games;— Ladies' Doubles. Misses M. Berry and 31.
