Powdreli beat DarkmAn and Edmondson . (Wel6—3, 'B—6, 6—6Combmed Doubles.—Power end Mias Fenwick beat Maitland and Mrs Maddison, 6—2,-6—l. ■ - • Ladies' 'Singles.—Miss Wellwood (Hastings) beat Miss Kennedy (Gisborne). 6 1. 3—6, 6—l. The ladies’ events have not yet been played off.
