NEW ZEALAND CONGRESS DELEGATES. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, August 19. The New Zealand Delegation to the World’s Press Congress at Honolulu comprises Messrs Stanley Smith (of the Dunedin “Star” and chairman of the Press Association), Easton (“Otago Daily Times”), Duigan (Wanganui “Herald”), Thomas (Taumarufiui “Press”), Kettle (Greymouth “Star”), and AV. McCullough (late proprietor of the Thames “Star”). The party, with the Hon. M. Cohen (vice-p rerid on t of the union), will leave by the Afakura on September loth.
